“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Summer Romance” or “Summer Romance Atelier” in this Terms and Conditions refers to Summer Romance Bridal.
“You”, “Your” or “Your Goodself” means an individual who browse, access or use the services from the website.
Please read these Returns and Refunds Policy carefully before you start using this website and place order from us. By browsing, accessing or using this website, your goodself are agree with all of the following Returns and Refunds Policy. These Returns and Refunds Policy apply to all visitors, customers, users and others who access or use the website services.
We may modify these Returns and Refunds Policy at any time at our sole discretion and such modified Returns and Refunds Policy will be effective immediately upon published.
If your goodself are not agree with our Returns and Refunds Policy, you should cease to use our services immediately for your own sake.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1)What is Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy?
Your goodself can only return your merchandise in ORIGINAL CONDITION & ORIGINAL PACKAGING within seven(7) days from the date the parcel is delivered if you had received incorrect, defective or damaged product(s).
IMPORTANT: We strongly advise your goodself to take a full unboxing video before you start unboxing your parcel, this unboxing video will be the proof for us to determine if the product(s) had already damaged before you receive the parcel. We will double check the condition of the product(s) before packing and ship out, so there is minor risk for you to receive damaged product(s). The unboxing video provide by your goodself will also be the proof for us to claim our loss from our courier partner if it’s them who damaged the parcel. (We will explain below for what should your goodself need to record in the unboxing video, please read it properly and completely.)
Once we confirmed that you had received incorrect, defective or damaged product(s) through the unboxing video which your goodself provided, we will need your helps to returns the said parcel in ORIGINAL CONDITION & ORIGINAL PACKAGING to us, we will exchange a same product in good condition for you. For your information, the exchange product will only be shipped out after we receive the returned parcel. In this case, the delivery charges of return and exchange parcel will be bear by us, we are so sorry for your unhappy shopping experiences.
If the product is running out of stock and we do not have the same product to exchange for you, we will refund to you as soon as possible after we receive the returned parcel. In this case, you may also request to exchange with another product with same price, instead of refund. We will ship out your exchange product after we receive the returned parcel, the delivery charges of return and exchange parcel will be bear by us.
Attention: For the refund cases, we will only refund the amount of the product(s) which you had paid, exluding delivery charges. Delivery charges is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2)What are Non-returnable, Non-refundable and Non-exchangeable items?
Please take note that these are the Non-returnable, Non-refundable and Non-exchangeable items, including but not limited to:
a) Gift Card
b) Discontinued Items
c) Clearance (We will mention in product’s details page if there are some defects on the item, by purchase means your goodself agree to accept its condition, this cannot be the reason of returns and refunds)
3)We have the right to refuse your returns, refunds and exchange request for the following reasons, including but not limited to:
a) Change of mind – once you had placed your order, your goodself are not allowed to cancel the said order for no reason or only change of mind;
b) Did not provide unboxing video – as we already mentioned above, we will ensure the product(s) is/are in good condition before packing and ship out, if your goodself request for returns, refunds and exchange without providing unboxing video, or only photo(s) which showing the defective parts of the product(s), we can’t 100% ensure that the defects of damage are made by us or the courier side before your goodself unboxing the parcel. Sometimes there is possible that some customers had already use the products but unfortunately, they scratched on it or just damage the products due to their own problems, and still request for refund. This is not allowed in our Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy so please take a full unboxing video before you start to unbox your parcel.
4) What should your goodself record in the unboxing video?
As we mentioned above, your goodself are strongly advised to take a full unboxing video before your goodself start to unbox the parcel, these are the steps that how you take your unboxing videos:
a)Open your phone camera and start video recording, the parcel must be shown completely in the video ;
b)Show to the camera that the parcel is completely sealed when you receive it;
c)Unboxing your parcel and check for it;
d)Ensure that every product is correct and is in good condition, without defects or damages;
e)Every step must be shown in the video, please do not unbox your parcel behind the camera as we can’t determine anything through your unboxing ASMR;
