ORDER

1)How do I place order?

You can place order through our website only, we are open for business 24/7.

 

2)Can I cancel my order?

No. Your order cannot be cancelled after it had been placed, please ensure that everything is fine before you proceed to checkout.

 

3)What if I want to change my delivery address?

Actually we cannot change your delivery address once your order is created because we pack and manage all the orders according to the business system, so we strongly advise you to double confirm your details such as shopping cart list, name, telephone number and delivery address before checkout. However, if it happens unfortunately, please contact us as soon as possible or we will pack your order according to the original information which you provided during checkout, it will be too late once our courier partner pick up your parcel.

 

Shipping

1)How much is the shipping rate?

West Malaysia: RM8; East Malaysia: RM20.

 

2)When will my order been shipped out after placing order?

We will ship out your order within three (3) working days.

 

3)When will I receive my parcel?

We cannot promise a specific time frame for you since all the parcels are collect and deliver by our courier partners and it’s out of our control. Normally the orders for West Malaysia will be arrived in 3-7 working days and East Malaysia will takes up to 14 days.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE

IMPORTANT: Please refer to our Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy and read them completely and carefully as we already mentioned all the possible questions and solutions in that policy, it will be your own responsibility if your goodself did not take it serious, we reserve all the rights at our sole discretion.

 

1)Can I return my order anyway?

2)What if I received a defected or damaged product?

Please take a full unboxing video before you unbox your parcel even your parcel is in good condition and secure sealed, the unboxing video will be an important proof for us to determine in this case and we are accept return and exchange for the defected or damaged items, without any charges. 3)Do I need to pay the delivery fees for return and exchange order?

4)Why do I need to take a full unboxing video before unboxing my parcel?

JEWELLERY CARE

Nothing is forever in the world, these precious handcrafted costume jewelleries need your love and caring to make them last longer, here's some tips for you to take care of your jewellery:

1)Take your jewellery off if you're involved in any activity which may scratch or damage it. If in any doubt, take it off to make it safe.

2)Take if off when you go to bed.

3)Take if off when you're having shower.

4)Keep it well away from chemicals such as chlorine, cleaners and hand sanitizers. If it does come into with contact with chemicals, rinse it with water and wipe with dry cloth immediately.

5)Bathe and apply any lotions or perfumes before you put your jewellery on.

6)Do not wear your jewellery in a pool or sea, keep it away from water or it will tarnished and oxidised.

7)Take off your jewellery when cooking, cleaning or washing up.

8)Store the jewelleries seperately as they're easily scratched by each other.

9)Store in cool dry place, keep it away from sunlight, excessive heat or damp conditions.

10)We will free a storage bag for every single jewellery to make sure you can store it properly.

11)Wipe it with dry, clean cloth and store it inside the storage bag after use.
